What you need to know to become a UKRN

To check that the applicant is capable of practising safely and effectively in the UK, they will assess their qualification, training and experience against our standards. They will consider whether the applicant has the necessary post-qualifying practice and experience in each area of nursing or midwifery. This must be appropriate for the part of the register for which they are applying

You will be expected to carryout the following:

CBT Test of Competence Part 1

OSCE The objective structured clinical examination Competence Test Part 2

IELTs or OET English Language Requirements

Required to meet the full requirements of the UK’s immigration processes
